We will provide you with a letter to send to your insurance carrier to determine if refractive surgery is included in your benefit plan. If your insurance carrier covers a portion of the fee, you would be responsible for the remaining balance.
Some patients have found that their company flex plan benefit can be used to pay for the LASIK procedure. Check with your benefit plan administrator for more information.
